Cancellation Policy
To cancel a skincare appointment, it is possible to cancel and get a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations outside this timeframe are restricted. Please note that special promotions applied on the day of cancellation or on the reservation date may not be eligible for a refund. After receiving a cancellation request, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method; however, in certain circumstances, alternative refund methods may be applied in accordance with relevant regulations. For any special situations or exceptions, we recommend contacting the skincare facility for consultation.
